In lite mode if you are having trouble viewing your balance or see a new address on login then this guide is for you.


First step is to make sure you correctly entered the seed. If you copied and pasted the seed incorrectly, then you will see a different address and be unable to access your funds.

If you copied your seed into a text editor or word processing app, be aware some apps may add special characters to the beginning or at the end of a copied seed (if you also copy spaces). So, be careful to only copy and paste the seed itself. Do not select any spaces, either in front of or behind the seed.

Additionally, make sure that you have entered the correct wallet mode. If you use Native mode, your address will be different until you import your seed into the wallet. Some people think the addresses on Lite and Native are the same, and that's not the case.

Note : If you have lost your seed, it could not be recovered. Your seed is only known to you.
