Balance not visible in Lite mode

First, make sure to backup your wallet.dat, seed phrase and private keys.

Confirm your address balance by searching for your address on Komodo Block Explorer.

Download the latest version of Verus Agama. 

Log in to Lite mode using your private key or Pin file and password.


  • Make sure the address when you log in matches the one you see funds in on the block explorer. 
  • Often a zero balance is because the seed was entered incorrectly. 
  • Sometimes copy/pasting the seed can add an extra space at the end, which leads to a different address.
  • Try entering your password instead of the seed, you might have mixed them up once, so there is a chance it created a new address.

You can also use the Seed to key Pair Tool to test variations of your seed until it leads to the expected address.

If you still can't see the same balance in your wallet for the same address showing funds on the block explorer, you can import your private key or wallet seed phrase in Native mode.

This will trigger a re-scan of the blockchain. Once it is in sync, if the seed is correct, your balance should be visible.

Note : If you have lost your private key, seed or wallet.dat, it can not be recovered. Make sure to back them up securely.
